Hojicha Latte Recipe (Roasted Green Tea)

- 2 teaspoon Hojicha tea leaves
- 1 cup Milk
- 1 teaspoon Honey or sweetener of choice optional
1. In a saucepan, heat the milk over medium heat until warm but not boiling.
2. Add the hojicha tea leaves to the milk and let it simmer for about 3-5 minutes.
3. Strain the mixture into a mug to remove the tea leaves.
4. Sweeten with honey or your preferred sweetener if desired. Stir well.
5. Serve hot and enjoy!
