- 2 cups milk
- 1 inch ginger, sliced
- 2 tablespoon black tea leaves
- 2 tablespoon sugar adjust to taste
1. In a saucepan, bring the milk and ginger to a simmer.
2. Add the black tea leaves and simmer for another 5 minutes.
3. Strain the tea into a teapot.
4. Stir in sugar to taste and serve hot.
