Instructions
In a saucepan, combine water and sugar. Bring to a boil.
Reduce heat and add chai spice mix. Stir well.
Simmer for 5-10 minutes until the sugar is fully dissolved and the syrup thickens slightly.
Remove from heat and let it cool. Strain the syrup into a jar.
Store in the refrigerator for up to two weeks.
