Ingredients

  • 1 cup Water
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Chai Spice Mix or to taste

Instructions 

  1. In a saucepan, combine water and sugar. Bring to a boil.
  2. Reduce heat and add chai spice mix. Stir well.
  3. Simmer for 5-10 minutes until the sugar is fully dissolved and the syrup thickens slightly.
  4. Remove from heat and let it cool. Strain the syrup into a jar.
  5. Store in the refrigerator for up to two weeks.
