- 2 medium Beetroots peeled and chopped
- 1 tablespoon Salt
- 4 cups Water filtered
1. Place the chopped beetroots in a jar.
2. Add salt and water to the jar.
3. Cover the jar with cheesecloth and let it ferment at room temperature for 48 hours.
4. Strain the liquid and refrigerate before serving.
