Ingredients 

Yerba Mate Latte Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoon Yerba mate loose leaf
  • 2 cups Water boiling
  • 1 cup Milk any kind
  • 1 tablespoon Honey optional

Instructions 

  1. 1. Boil the water in a kettle.
  2. 2. Add the yerba mate to a cup and pour the boiling water over it. Let it steep for 5 minutes.
  3. 3. While the yerba mate is steeping, heat the milk until warm and froth it using a milk frother.
  4. 4. Strain the yerba mate and pour it into a cup. Add the frothed milk on top.
  5. 5. Sweeten with honey if desired. Enjoy!
