Winter Melon Tea Recipe (Hot or Iced)

Main Ingredients
- 500 g Winter Melon peeled and cubed
- 1 L Water
- 100 g Rock Sugar adjust to taste
1. Peel and cube the winter melon.
2. In a pot, bring water to a boil and add the winter melon cubes.
3. Reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes until the melon is soft.
4. Add rock sugar and stir until dissolved.
5. Strain the tea into a teapot or pitcher. Serve hot or let it cool and serve over ice.
