Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Water
  • 1 tablespoon Dried valerian root
  • 1 teaspoon Honey optional

Instructions 

  1. Bring water to a boil in a saucepan.
  2. Add dried valerian root to the boiling water.
  3. Reduce heat and let it simmer for 10 minutes.
  4. Strain the tea into a teapot.
  5. Add honey if desired and serve warm.
