Main Ingredients
- 8 cups Water
- 4 bags Black Tea
- 2 cups Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Yeast
Boil water and steep tea bags for 10 minutes.
Remove tea bags and stir in sugar until dissolved.
Let the mixture cool to room temperature.
Transfer to fermentation vessel and add yeast.
Seal with airlock and let ferment for 2-3 weeks.
Siphon into bottles and let age for another 2 weeks.
