Spice Blend

  • 2 tablespoon Cardamom Pods seeds only
  • 1 tablespoon Black Peppercorns
  • 1 tablespoon Cloves
  • 1 tablespoon Cinnamon Sticks broken into pieces
  • 1 teaspoon Fennel Seeds
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Nutmeg grated

Instructions 

  1. 1. Combine all the spices in a spice grinder.
  2. 2. Grind until you get a fine powder.
  3. 3. Store in an airtight container.
