- 1 cup Fermented tea leaves
- ½ cup Fried garlic
- ½ cup Fried yellow split peas
- ½ cup Fried peanuts
- ½ cup Sesame seeds
- 1 cup Shredded cabbage
- 1 cup Diced tomatoes
- 1 cup Chopped green chilies
- 1 cup Lime wedges
1. In a mixing bowl, combine the fermented tea leaves, fried garlic, fried yellow split peas, fried peanuts, and sesame seeds.
2. Add the shredded cabbage, diced tomatoes, and chopped green chilies to the bowl.
3. Mix everything together thoroughly.
4. Serve with lime wedges on the side.
