  • 2 cups Water
  • 2 tablespoon Roasted Oolong Tea Leaves
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 2 tablespoon Sugar or to taste

Instructions 

  1. 1. Bring water to a boil in a saucepan.
  2. 2. Add roasted oolong tea leaves and let it steep for 5 minutes.
  3. 3. Strain the tea into a teapot.
  4. 4. In the same saucepan, heat milk until warm but not boiling.
  5. 5. Add the warm milk and sugar to the teapot and stir well.
  6. 6. Pour into cups and serve hot.
