- 2 cups Water
- 2 tablespoon Roasted Oolong Tea Leaves
- 1 cup Milk
- 2 tablespoon Sugar or to taste
1. Bring water to a boil in a saucepan.
2. Add roasted oolong tea leaves and let it steep for 5 minutes.
3. Strain the tea into a teapot.
4. In the same saucepan, heat milk until warm but not boiling.
5. Add the warm milk and sugar to the teapot and stir well.
6. Pour into cups and serve hot.
