Red Lobster Cheddar Bay Biscuit Recipe (Serve with Tea)

Biscuit Ingredients
- 2 cups All-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon Baking powder
- ½ teaspoon Baking soda
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 cup Cold butter, cubed
- 1 cup Buttermilk
- 1 cup Shredded cheddar cheese
Garlic Butter Topping
- 3 tablespoon Melted butter
- ½ teaspoon Garlic powder
- ¼ teaspoon Dried parsley
Preheat your oven to 450°F (232°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
Cut in the cold butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
Stir in the buttermilk and shredded cheddar cheese until just combined.
Drop spoonfuls of the dough onto the prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown.
While the biscuits are baking, mix the melted butter, garlic powder, and dried parsley in a small bowl.
Brush the garlic butter mixture over the hot biscuits as soon as they come out of the oven.
Serve warm with tea.
