- 2 cups milk any kind
- 2 tablespoon pumpkin puree
- 2 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- 2 bags chai tea
In a saucepan, combine milk, pumpkin puree, and sugar. Cook over medium heat, stirring, until hot (do not boil).
Remove from heat and whisk in vanilla extract and pumpkin pie spice.
Brew the chai tea bags in 1 cup of boiling water for 5 minutes. Remove the tea bags.
Divide the brewed tea between two mugs. Pour the pumpkin milk mixture over the tea.
Top with whipped cream and a sprinkle of pumpkin pie spice, if desired. Serve immediately.
