  • 2 tablespoon Oolong tea leaves
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 2 tablespoon Sugar Adjust to taste

Instructions 

  1. 1. Boil water in a saucepan.
  2. 2. Add oolong tea leaves and let it steep for 5 minutes.
  3. 3. Strain the tea into a teapot.
  4. 4. In the same saucepan, heat milk until warm but not boiling.
  5. 5. Add sugar to the milk and stir until dissolved.
