Ingredients 

Herbal Blend

  • 1 tablespoon dried nettle leaves
  • 1 tablespoon dried oatstraw
  • 1 tablespoon dried red raspberry leaf
  • 1 tablespoon dried alfalfa
  • 1 tablespoon dried peppermint
  • 4 cups water

Instructions 

  1. Boil water in a pot.
  2. Add all the dried herbs to the boiling water.
  3. Reduce heat and let it simmer for 10 minutes.
  4. Strain the tea into cups and serve hot.
