  • ½ teaspoon ashwagandha powder
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup
  • ¼ teaspoon turmeric
  • ¼ teaspoon nutmeg

Instructions

  2. 2. Whisk in the ashwagandha powder, cinnamon, honey or maple syrup, turmeric, and nutmeg until well combined.
