Main Ingredients
- 1 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)
- ½ teaspoon ashwagandha powder
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup
- ¼ teaspoon turmeric
- ¼ teaspoon nutmeg
1. In a small saucepan, heat the milk over medium heat until warm but not boiling.
2. Whisk in the ashwagandha powder, cinnamon, honey or maple syrup, turmeric, and nutmeg until well combined.
3. Pour the mixture into a mug and enjoy warm.
