- 1 cup Water
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1 cup Fresh Mint Leaves packed
Combine water and sugar in a saucepan over medium heat.
Stir until sugar is dissolved.
Add mint leaves and bring to a simmer.
Simmer for 10 minutes, then remove from heat.
Strain the syrup into a bottle or jar, discarding the mint leaves.
Let cool before using or storing in the refrigerator.
