Instructions
1. Boil water in a saucepan.
2. Add tea leaves or tea bags to the boiling water. Let it steep for 5 minutes.
3. Strain the tea into a teapot or pitcher.
4. Add milk and sugar to the tea. Stir well.
5. Serve hot or let it cool and serve over ice for iced milk tea.
