Matcha White Chocolate Chip Cookies

Main Ingredients
- 1 cup unsalted butter softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup brown sugar packed
- 2 large eggs
- 2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 ¾ cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoon matcha powder
- 1 ½ cups white chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Cream together butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
Beat in eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla.
In a separate bowl, combine flour, baking soda, salt, and matcha powder.
Gradually blend dry ingredients into the butter mixture.
Fold in white chocolate chips.
Drop dough by rounded tablespoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheets.
Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until edges are lightly browned.
Cool on wire racks.
