A light and fluffy matcha mousse that's perfect for dessert.

Main Ingredients
- 1 cup Heavy cream
- 2 tablespoon Matcha powder
- ¼ cup Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
In a mixing bowl, whisk the heavy cream until it starts to thicken.
Add the matcha powder, sugar, and vanilla extract.
Continue whisking until soft peaks form.
Spoon the mousse into serving glasses and chill for at least 1 hour before serving.
