Ingredients

  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • ½ cup chopped nuts (almonds, walnuts, etc.)
  • ¼ cup honey or maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoon coconut oil, melted
  • 1 tablespoon matcha powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ¼ teaspoon salt

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the oats and chopped nuts.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together the honey or maple syrup, melted coconut oil, matcha powder, vanilla extract, and salt.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients over the oat mixture and stir until everything is well coated.
  5. Spread the mixture evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes, stirring halfway through, until the granola is golden brown.
  7. Let the granola cool completely before storing it in an airtight container.
