Instructions
Boil the water in a kettle.
In a teapot, add the tea bags and mint leaves.
Pour the boiling water over the tea bags and mint leaves. Let it steep for 5 minutes.
Remove the tea bags and mint leaves. Stir in the lemon juice and honey.
Serve hot or let it cool and serve over ice for iced tea.
