Ingredients

  • 4 cups water
  • 4 bags black tea
  • ½ cup sugar
  • ¼ cup lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 slices lemon for garnish

Instructions 

  1. Boil the water in a saucepan.
  2. Add the tea bags and let steep for 5 minutes.
  3. Remove the tea bags and stir in the sugar until dissolved.
  4. Let the tea cool to room temperature, then add the lemon juice.
  5. Pour into a pitcher and refrigerate until chilled.
  6. Serve over ice with lemon slices for garnish.
