Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 tablespoon culinary lavender
  • 2 tablespoon honey
  • 2 bags black tea

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a saucepan, heat the milk over medium heat until it starts to steam.
  2. 2. Add the lavender and let it steep for 5 minutes.
  3. 3. Strain the milk to remove the lavender.
  4. 4. Add the honey and tea bags to the milk. Let it steep for another 5 minutes.
  5. 5. Remove the tea bags and pour the tea into cups. Serve warm.
