- 50 g Fresh ginger sliced thinly
- 4 cups Water
- 2 tablespoon Honey to taste
1. Slice the ginger thinly.
2. In a pot, bring the water to a boil.
3. Add the sliced ginger to the boiling water.
4. Reduce the heat and let it simmer for about 20 minutes.
5. Strain the tea into cups and add honey to taste.
