Iced Ginger Tea Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 4 cups water
- 1 piece ginger root peeled and sliced
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 cup ice cubes
Boil water in a saucepan.
Add sliced ginger and let it simmer for 5 minutes.
Remove from heat and strain the ginger.
Stir in honey and lemon juice.
Let it cool, then pour over ice cubes in a pitcher.
