Instructions
Boil water in a pot.
Add tea bags and mint leaves, then let steep for 5 minutes.
Remove tea bags and mint leaves.
Let the tea cool to room temperature.
Pour the tea into a pitcher, add lemon slices and ice cubes.
Sweeten with honey or sugar if desired.
Serve chilled.
