Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 4 cups water
  • ½ cup dried hibiscus flowers
  • ¼ cup sugar adjust to taste
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 cup cold water
  • as needed ice cubes

Instructions 

  1. Bring 4 cups of water to a boil in a saucepan.
  2. Add dried hibiscus flowers and sugar to the boiling water. Stir until sugar dissolves.
  3. Remove from heat and let it steep for 10 minutes.
  4. Strain the mixture into a pitcher, discarding the hibiscus flowers.
  5. Add lime juice and 1 cup of cold water to the pitcher. Stir well.
  6. Serve over ice cubes and enjoy!
