Hibiscus Cooler Recipe (Iced Tea Variation)

Main Ingredients
- 4 cups water
- ½ cup dried hibiscus flowers
- ¼ cup sugar adjust to taste
- 2 tablespoons lime juice freshly squeezed
- 1 cup cold water
- as needed ice cubes
Bring 4 cups of water to a boil in a saucepan.
Add dried hibiscus flowers and sugar to the boiling water. Stir until sugar dissolves.
Remove from heat and let it steep for 10 minutes.
Strain the mixture into a pitcher, discarding the hibiscus flowers.
Add lime juice and 1 cup of cold water to the pitcher. Stir well.
Serve over ice cubes and enjoy!
