Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 1 cup mascarpone cheese
  • 1 cup brewed green tea, cooled
  • 2 tablespoons matcha powder
  • 1 package ladyfingers
  • Cocoa powder for dusting

Instructions 

  1. Whip the heavy cream and sugar until stiff peaks form.
  2. Fold in the mascarpone cheese until smooth.
  3. Mix the brewed green tea and matcha powder in a shallow dish.
  4. Dip each ladyfinger in the green tea mixture and layer them in a dish.
  5. Spread half of the mascarpone mixture over the ladyfingers.
  6. Repeat with another layer of dipped ladyfingers and the remaining mascarpone mixture.
  7. Dust the top with cocoa powder.
  8. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
