Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked white rice
  • 1 cup green tea, brewed
  • ½ cup cooked salmon, flaked
  • ¼ cup pickled vegetables
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon wasabi paste
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • 1 sheet nori, cut into strips

Instructions 

  1. Place 1 cup of cooked rice in each bowl.
  2. Top with flaked salmon and pickled vegetables.
  3. Pour ½ cup of hot green tea over each bowl.
  4. Add soy sauce and wasabi paste to taste.
  5. Garnish with sesame seeds and nori strips.
