  • 2 cups Water
  • 2 teaspoons Green Tea Powder Matcha
  • 1 tablespoon Gelatin Powder
  • 3 tablespoons Sugar

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a saucepan, bring 2 cups of water to a boil.
  2. 2. Add green tea powder and whisk until fully dissolved.
  3. 3. Add gelatin powder and sugar, stirring until completely dissolved.
  4. 4. Pour the mixture into molds and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until set.
