Ingredients 

Crust

  • 1.5 cups Graham cracker crumbs
  • ¼ cup Sugar
  • ½ cup Butter, melted

Filling

  • 24 oz Cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 3 tablespoon Matcha powder
  • 4 Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C).
  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter in a bowl. Press into the bottom of a springform pan.
  3. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add matcha powder and mix well.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in vanilla extract.
  5. Pour filling over crust. Bake for 60 minutes or until center is set.
  6. Let cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
