Crust
- 1.5 cups Graham cracker crumbs
- ¼ cup Sugar
- ½ cup Butter, melted
Filling
- 24 oz Cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup Sugar
- 3 tablespoon Matcha powder
- 4 Eggs
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C).
Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter in a bowl. Press into the bottom of a springform pan.
In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add matcha powder and mix well.
Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in vanilla extract.
Pour filling over crust. Bake for 60 minutes or until center is set.
Let cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
