Instructions
1. In a saucepan, bring water to a boil.
2. Add cinnamon, cardamom, cloves, and ginger. Let it simmer for 5 minutes.
3. Add green tea leaves and simmer for another 2 minutes.
4. Pour in milk and bring to a gentle boil.
5. Strain the tea into a teapot and add honey. Stir well.
6. Serve hot.
