- 2 cups Milk (dairy or non-dairy)
- 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder
- ½ teaspoon Cinnamon powder
- ¼ teaspoon Ginger powder
- 1 pinch Black pepper
- 1 teaspoon Honey or maple syrup to taste
1. In a small saucepan, combine the milk, turmeric, cinnamon, ginger, and black pepper.
2. Whisk the mixture over medium heat until it is hot but not boiling, about 5 minutes.
3. Remove from heat and add honey or maple syrup to taste.
4. Pour into mugs and enjoy warm.
