Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • ½ teaspoon Cinnamon powder
  • ¼ teaspoon Ginger powder
  • 1 pinch Black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Honey or maple syrup to taste

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a small saucepan, combine the milk, turmeric, cinnamon, ginger, and black pepper.
  2. 2. Whisk the mixture over medium heat until it is hot but not boiling, about 5 minutes.
  3. 3. Remove from heat and add honey or maple syrup to taste.
