Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Water
  • 1 inch Fresh Ginger peeled and sliced
  • 1 Lime juiced
  • 1 tablespoon Honey optional

Instructions 

  1. 1. Bring water to a boil in a saucepan.
  2. 2. Add sliced ginger to the boiling water.
  3. 3. Reduce heat and let it simmer for 10 minutes.
  4. 4. Strain the tea into a teapot or mug.
  5. 5. Add lime juice and honey (if using). Stir well.
  6. 6. Serve hot and enjoy!
