- 2 cups Water
- 1 inch Ginger, sliced
- 1 tablespoon Honey
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
1. Boil water in a saucepan.
2. Add sliced ginger and let it simmer for 10 minutes.
3. Strain the tea into a teacup.
4. Add honey and lemon juice. Stir well.
5. Serve hot.
