Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Water
  • 1 inch Ginger, sliced
  • 4 pods Cardamom crushed
  • 2 teaspoon Tea leaves
  • 1 tablespoon Honey optional

Instructions 

  1. 1. Boil water in a saucepan.
  2. 2. Add ginger and cardamom. Let it simmer for 5 minutes.
  3. 3. Add tea leaves and let it steep for another 2-3 minutes.
  4. 4. Strain the tea into cups.
  5. 5. Add honey if desired. Serve hot.
