  • 1 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Active dry yeast
  • 1 cup Milk warmed
  • ¼ cup Water warmed
  • 2 tablespoon Cornmeal for dusting

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a loaf pan and dust with cornmeal.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, salt, and yeast.
  3. Add warmed milk and water to the dry ingredients. Mix until well combined.
  4. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan. Cover and let rise in a warm place for about 30 minutes.
  5. Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool before slicing.
