  • 2 g Da Hong Pao Oolong tea leaves
  • 250 ml Water boiled and slightly cooled

Instructions 

  1. 1. Boil water and let it cool for a minute to around 90°C (194°F).
  2. 2. Place the Da Hong Pao Oolong tea leaves in a teapot.
  3. 3. Pour the hot water over the tea leaves.
  4. 4. Let the tea steep for about 1-2 minutes.
  5. 5. Strain the tea into a cup and enjoy.
