Da Hong Pao Oolong tea leaves

Instructions
1. Boil water and let it cool for a minute to around 90°C (194°F).
2. Place the Da Hong Pao Oolong tea leaves in a teapot.
3. Pour the hot water over the tea leaves.
4. Let the tea steep for about 1-2 minutes.
5. Strain the tea into a cup and enjoy.
