  • 2 cups All-purpose flour
  • 1 cup Milk
  • ½ cup Butter melted
  • 2 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 2 Eggs

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the sugar and eggs until light and fluffy.
  3. Add the melted butter and vanilla extract, and mix well.
  4. In another bowl, combine the flour and baking powder. Gradually add this to the wet mixture, alternating with the milk. Mix until just combined.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
  6. Bake for 45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  7. Allow the cake to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
