  • ¼ cup Butter cold, cut into small pieces
  • ¾ cup Milk

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Cut in the cold butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  4. Gradually add milk, stirring until the dough forms a ball.
  5. Turn the dough onto a lightly floured surface and knead gently 8-10 times.
  6. Roll out the dough to ½ inch thickness and cut with a biscuit cutter.
  7. Place biscuits on an ungreased baking sheet.
  8. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
