  • ½ cup Unsalted butter cold and cubed
  • ¾ cup Milk
  • 2 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Ground cinnamon

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, salt, sugar, and cinnamon.
  3. Cut in the cold butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  4. Gradually add milk, stirring until a soft dough forms.
  5. Turn the dough onto a floured surface and knead gently 8-10 times.
  6. Roll out the dough to ½-inch thickness and cut with a biscuit cutter.
  7. Place biscuits on a baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
