- 2 cups Milk
- 2 bags Black Tea
- ¼ cup Sugar
- ½ cup Cream Cheese softened
- 1 cup Ice
- ½ cup Tapioca Pearls cooked
1. Brew the black tea with 2 cups of hot water. Let it steep for 5 minutes.
2. In a saucepan, heat the milk and sugar until the sugar dissolves. Let it cool.
3. In a blender, combine the brewed tea, sweetened milk, cream cheese, and ice. Blend until smooth.
4. Divide the cooked tapioca pearls between two serving glasses.
5. Pour the blended mixture over the tapioca pearls. Serve immediately.
