Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 4 cups Water
  • 4 bags Chamomile tea bags
  • 2 tablespoon Honey optional
  • 1 cup Ice cubes

Instructions 

  1. Bring water to a boil in a saucepan.
  2. Remove from heat and add chamomile tea bags. Steep for 5 minutes.
  3. Remove tea bags and stir in honey if using.
  4. Let the tea cool to room temperature, then transfer to a pitcher and refrigerate until cold.
  5. Serve over ice and enjoy!
