Cardamom Tea Recipe (Elaichi Chai - Indian)
A warm, spiced Indian tea made with cardamom pods and milk.

Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Water
- 4 pods Cardamom crushed
- 2 teaspoon Tea leaves
- 1 cup Milk
- 2 teaspoon Sugar or to taste
1. In a saucepan, bring water to a boil.
2. Add crushed cardamom pods and tea leaves.
3. Let it simmer for 2-3 minutes.
4. Add milk and sugar, and bring to a boil again.
5. Simmer for another 2-3 minutes.
6. Strain the tea into cups and serve hot.
