Brown Sugar Milk Tea Recipe (Bubble Tea Style)

Ingredients
- 1 cup Tapioca Pearls
- 1 cup Brown Sugar
- 2 cups Milk
- 2 cups Water
1. Cook the tapioca pearls according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
2. In a saucepan, combine brown sugar and water. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer until the sugar dissolves and the mixture thickens slightly.
3. Add the cooked tapioca pearls to the brown sugar syrup. Stir to coat the pearls evenly.
4. In a separate saucepan, heat the milk until warm. Do not boil.
5. Divide the tapioca pearls and syrup between two serving glasses. Pour the warm milk over the pearls. Stir gently and serve immediately.
