Instructions
Boil water and sugar until sugar is dissolved.
Steep tea bags in the hot water for 5 minutes, then remove.
Mix in brandy, orange juice concentrate, and lemonade concentrate.
Pour mixture into a freezer-safe container and freeze for at least 4 hours.
To serve, scoop slush into glasses and top with lemon-lime soda if desired.
