  • 1 Banana organic, with peel
  • 2 cups Water
  • 1 pinch Cinnamon optional

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cut off both ends of the banana (top and bottom) and place it in a saucepan.
  2. 2. Add water to the saucepan and bring it to a boil.
  3. 3. Let it boil for about 10 minutes.
  4. 4. Strain the liquid into a mug using a strainer.
  5. 5. Add a pinch of cinnamon if desired and enjoy your banana tea.
