Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Water
- 1 cup Milk
- 2 tablespoon Black tea leaves
- 2 tablespoon Sugar adjust to taste
- 4 pods Cardamom crushed
- 1 inch Ginger grated
- 4 whole Cloves
- 1 stick Cinnamon
1. In a saucepan, bring water to a boil.
2. Add crushed cardamom, grated ginger, cloves, and cinnamon stick. Let it simmer for 2-3 minutes.
3. Add black tea leaves and sugar. Simmer for another 2 minutes.
4. Pour in the milk and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and let it simmer for 3-4 minutes.
5. Strain the tea into cups and serve hot.
