Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Water
  • 1 piece Apple, thinly sliced
  • 2 bags Black tea
  • 1 tablespoon Honey or to taste
  • 1 stick Cinnamon (optional)

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a saucepan, bring water to a boil.
  2. 2. Add apple slices and cinnamon stick (if using) to the boiling water. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  3. 3. Remove from heat and add the tea bags. Let steep for 5 minutes.
  4. 4. Remove the tea bags and strain the tea into a teapot or pitcher.
  5. 5. Stir in honey to taste. Serve hot or let it cool and serve over ice.
