Instructions
1. In a saucepan, bring water to a boil.
2. Add apple slices and cinnamon stick (if using) to the boiling water. Simmer for 5 minutes.
3. Remove from heat and add the tea bags. Let steep for 5 minutes.
4. Remove the tea bags and strain the tea into a teapot or pitcher.
5. Stir in honey to taste. Serve hot or let it cool and serve over ice.
